Is the generated receipt legally valid?+
A receipt is generally valid if it clearly states the amount paid, date, seller details, and buyer details. For official invoices with GST, use the GST Invoice Generator tool.
Can I add my company logo?+
The current version does not support image upload. You can add a logo by editing the downloaded HTML file and adding an img tag.
How do I print the receipt?+
Click the Print Receipt button or press Ctrl+P. The receipt will print cleanly without the page controls or other content.
Can I email the receipt?+
Copy the HTML code and paste it into your email body in HTML mode. Most email clients support basic HTML formatting.
What is the difference between a receipt and an invoice?+
An invoice is sent before payment requesting payment. A receipt is issued after payment confirming it was received. This tool generates receipts.
