Is this invoice legally valid?+
The invoice itself is a document, and its legal validity depends on the agreement between you and your client. Make sure to include your correct business details, a unique invoice number, and accurate line items. For regulated jurisdictions (GST, VAT, etc.), consult a local accountant for compliance requirements.
Can I add a logo to my invoice?+
Yes. Click the logo upload area and select any image (PNG, JPG, SVG). The logo appears in the top-left of the invoice header. Your logo is never uploaded — it stays in your browser.
How do I add tax and discount?+
Enter a percentage in the Tax and Discount fields. Tax is calculated on the subtotal after discount. The final total updates live in the preview as you type.
Is my data saved anywhere?+
No. Everything lives in your browser tab only. Download your PDF before closing the tab — your data will not persist between sessions.
